　　1、排泥与排水管道受阻，分离出来出来的泥和水在圆筒筛与盖壳中间串通一气。因为圆筒筛高速运转，密闭式离心机分开的污泥同样以比较高的流动速度从排泥口和出水口喷涌出去。因为鼓与壳之间有空隙，排泥口与出水口是一体的。假如排泥和排水管道受阻，离心机分开的泥跟水会串通一气，使泥变稀或水中带泥，严重危害分离出来实际效果。

　　2、拿手按压“中等速度”按键，空开运作离心机。当离心机由静止不动逐渐运作到“中等速度”速率时，密切注意离心机有没有出现异常震动或非常声音，如出现异常一定要马上停车并清 除;

　　3、拿手按压“快速”按键,离心机会由中等速度逐渐提速至快速(时长由变频调速器设置)。同时还要密切注意离心机有没有出现异常震动或非常声音，如出现异常一定要马上停车并清 除;

　　4、拿手按压“低速档”按键，离心机将在快速向低速档运作，抵达刮料速率(低速档,一般为5Hz)后，放可以进行刮板操作;
