卧螺机
  卧螺机是一种卧式螺旋卸料、连续操作的沉降设备,一般可分为卧式螺旋沉降离心机和卧式螺旋过滤离心机。其工作原理是:螺旋与转鼓以一定差速同向高速旋转,物料由进料管持续引入输料螺旋内筒,经过加速之后进入转鼓,等到分离的物料在离心场力的作用下,较轻的液体则通过溢流堰板排出,比重较大的固形物沉积在离心机转鼓壁上,螺旋输送器将沉积在转鼓上的固形物连续不断地推送,然后经过干燥区排出转鼓,从而完成固液分离的最终目的。卧螺机适用于对工业和民用污水处理过程中产生的污泥进行脱水,同时也广泛用于轻工、制药行业。
 
Horizontal screw machine is a kind of horizontal spiral discharge, continuous operation of settling equipment, generally can be divided into horizontal spiral settling centrifuge and horizontal spiral filter centrifuge. Its working principle is: with a spiral drum to a higher speed at a certain differential rotation, material introduced by feeding tube continuous feeding screw barrel, after accelerated into the drum, wait until the separation of the material under the action of centrifugal force field, lighter fluid through the overflow weir plate, the proportion of larger solids deposition in centrifuge drum wall, screw conveyor will be deposited on the drum of solids continuously push, then after discharge drum drying area, so as to complete the final purpose of solid-liquid separation. Horizontal screw machine is suitable for dewatering the sludge produced in the process of industrial and civil sewage treatment. It is also widely used in light industry and pharmaceutical industry.
 
 
卧螺机的结构特点
1.大长径比、高转速,拥有多种角度的转鼓锥部结构。
2.输料螺旋使用特殊的防磨措施,可镶硬质合金耐磨片或者喷焊硬质合金保护层。
3.有效规避双转子高速转动共振区现象,在设计转速范围内,整机运转时无明显一阶、二阶共振区现象,避免了高频振动所造成的设备各零部件的额外疲劳损伤。
4.差速器选用大传动比、重负载的液压差速器或行星齿轮。
 
 
Structure characteristics of horizontal screw machine
1. Large aspect ratio, high speed, with a variety of angles of the drum cone structure.
2. The feeding spiral uses special anti-wear measures, and can be inlaid with carbide wear-resisting sheet or sprayed with carbide protective layer.
3. Effectively avoid the phenomenon of high speed rotation resonance zone of double rotors. In the design speed range, there is no obvious phenomenon of first order and second order resonance zone when the whole machine is running, which avoids the additional fatigue damage of various parts of the equipment caused by high frequency vibration.
4. Differential selection of large transmission ratio, heavy load hydraulic differential or planetary gear.
