炼化三泥处理:污泥经单元设计工艺技术组合分析处理, 达到“减量化、稳定化、无害化”目的的全过程。污泥处置:处理后的污泥,弃置于一个自然经济环境中(地面、地下、水中)或再利用, 能够可以达到企业长期发展稳定并对生态保护环境无不良社会影响的最终消纳方式。我国对于目前研究主要的污泥处置工作方法有卫生填埋、土地开发利用、焚烧后建材公司利用等。

工业化处理方法 Industrial treatment
操作步骤steps:


(1)污泥放入→药→混合(15~20分钟)→静置(15分钟)取出(这是污泥不会再次出泥,没有溶解)干燥(可以静置干燥);

Sludge into → medicine → mixing (15 ~20 minutes)→ standing (15 minutes) take out (this is the sludge will not be out of the mud again, no dissolution) dry (can be standing dry)

 


(2)放置近1周,含水量可达10% 左右,石化;

(3)治疗的次数,并且确定搅拌罐容量产生的污泥的量;

(4)干燥以及场地设计不需要进行屋顶。渗出水基本无害。
