分离筒是分离机的主要部件之一。需处理的物料在分离筒内进行分离，分离筒主要由分离筒本体、分离筒盖、主锁环、活塞、作用滑块、分离盘组、弹簧座和各种紧固件、密封件等零件组成。活塞上部为分离工作容腔，下部为排渣机构。分离筒内的活塞，实际上是一个轴向环阀，用来开启和关闭筒壁上的排渣口。活塞外表面与分离筒本体间装有密封环，用于防止活塞下腔控制水的泄漏。

二、影响净乳机分离效果的因素:

 Factors affecting separation effect of milk purifier:

密度差:待分离物料中固体微粒与混合液的密度差愈大，分离效果越好。混合液的粘度:混合液的粘度越低，则分离效果越好。

Density difference: the larger the density difference between the solid particles in the material to be separated and the mixed liquid, the better the separation effect. The viscosity of the mixture: the lower the viscosity of the mixture, the better the separation.

分离量:分离机的处理量越小，则混合液在转鼓内停留时间越长，分离效果越好。

混合液中固体微粒的形状与大小:固体微粒的形状愈规则，愈近似球形颗粒越大，则分离效果愈佳。
