1、净乳机水平轴系Horizontal shafting of emulsion purifier

       水平轴系由左右轴承座支撑在机座壳体上。轴上装有增速大螺旋齿轮和计数器主动齿轮，左右轴有防止泄漏的油封。 

       The horizontal shafting is supported on the base housing by the left and right bearing seats. The shaft is equipped with a large increase spiral gear and a counter drive gear, and the left and right shaft is equipped with an oil seal to prevent leakage.
      

        停车:当机器停车时,由于分离筒转动惯量大，自由停车时间将在30分钟以上为缩短停车时间，可以使用利车。本机器制动表面设置在联轴节摩擦筒上，其制动力矩小，使用刹车时分离机停车时间仍约在10分钟左右。

        Parking: when the machine stops, due to the large moment of inertia of the separation cylinder, the free parking time will be more than 30 minutes to shorten the parking time, the car can be used. The braking surface of the machine is arranged on the coupling friction cylinder, the braking torque is small, and the stopping time of the separator is still about 10 minutes when the brake is used.
      

         为减缓摩擦片的磨损,在一般情况下可尽量让其自然停车。

2、净乳机垂直轴系Vertical shafting of milk purifier

       离心机厂家：垂直轴系由上部轴承座和下部轴承座组成。小螺旋齿轮置于两轴承座间。上部轴承座由一组(六只)呈辐射状布置弹簧,用于吸收分离筒高速旋转时，特别通过临界转速时所产生的径向振动，保护立轴在允许的强度范围内不致遭到破坏。
       Centrifuge manufacturer: vertical shafting consists of upper bearing block and lower bearing block. Small helical gears are placed between two bearing seats.        下部轴承座用于承受分离筒的静载荷，底部弹簧吸收螺旋齿轮传动所产生的轴向振动，支撑的钢球可使立轴载运转中由一定的自由度。
       The lower bearing seat is used to bear the static load of the separation cylinder, the bottom spring absorbs the axial vibration caused by the helical gear transmission, and the supporting steel ball can make the vertical shaft load operation by a certain degree of freedom.
