一、离心机厂家:净乳机常见故障及解决方法
1、控制阀已转至“密封位置”分离筒不能密封
故障:高位水箱无水 解决方法:充满控制水;
故障:控制阀泄漏,管道堵塞 解决方法:修理、疏通;
故障:活塞环损坏 解决方法:换新;
故障:尼龙密封环损坏 解决方法:换新;
故障:分离筒本体上孔m堵塞 解决方法: 疏通;
故障:阀门座损坏 解决方法: 更换;
故障:作用滑块弹簧折断 解决方法:更换。
2、净乳机分离效果不良
故障:分离里选择不当 解决方法:适当调整分离量;
故障:分离筒内积渣过多 解决方法:调整排渣时间。
3、离心机厂家:净乳机出现异常振动或噪音(停机检查)
故障:吻合齿轮或轴承磨损 解决方法:更换损坏件;
故障:分离筒与机盖或配水盘有磨擦 解决方法: 调整;
故障:向心泵叶轮与泵室磨擦 解决方法:调整向心泵位置。
二、离心机厂家:影响净乳机生产能力的因素:
转速:提高转数生产能力提高;
脂肪球直径大小:脂肪直径越大,分离效果也越好;
碟片半径大小:下半径越大,上半径越小其分离效果越好;
片仰角大小:在理论上越大越好,但不能无限增大,经验取50 - 60°顶角为60 - 80°。
牛奶分离前预热温度高低:因预热后,分散介质和脂肪球密度增大,造成牛奶粘度下降,可以提高分离效果,一般比验在35 - 40°C,有时预热温度可达50 °C,但不能再高,否则将引起蛋白质凝固,反而影响质量。
