Details of our quality assurance are as follows  :

1. 品质保证涵盖哪些内容?

正常操作使用，并根据培训内容和手册对设备进行正确保养的前提下，在质保期内任何材料和工艺方面的缺陷涵盖在本有限品质保证。

质保期内，确定是材料和工艺方面的缺陷的设备或者配件，莫尼亚将会予以免费维修或者更换。

1. What does quality assurance cover?

Under the premise of normal operation and proper maintenance of the equipment according to the training content and manual, any defects in materials and processes during the warranty period are covered by this limited quality guarantee.

During the warranty period, Molniya will repair or replace the equipment or accessories determined to be defective in materials and workmanship free of charge.

2. 莫尼亚会采取什么措施来解决问题?

莫尼亚会派专业技术人员对设备进行检查，决定产品问题是否在品质保证范围内。如果在涵盖范围内，莫尼亚会派遣专业技术人员，决定是对缺陷设备或者部件进行修理，还是更换同样的设备或者部件。如果产品问题在本品质保证的范围内，且无须特殊支出即可进行修理，则莫尼亚将承担由此引起的修理、备用件、人工以及维修人员交通等费用。此条款不适用于未经莫尼亚授权的任何维修工作。

2. What will molniya do to solve the problem?

molniya will send professional technicians to inspect the equipment to determine whether the product problem is within the scope of quality assurance.
If covered, molniya will send professional technicians to decide whether to repair the defective equipment or parts or to replace the same equipment or parts.
If the product problem is within the scope of this warranty and can be repaired without special expenses, molniya will be responsible for the resulting repair, spare parts, labor and maintenance personnel transportation costs.
This clause does not apply to any maintenance work not authorized by Molniya.

3. 品质保证不包括哪些情况?

本品质保证不适用于受到不当安装、不当使用、错误使用、未授权的改装的设备和配件;易损件正常的磨损、消耗、失效等亦不属于质保范围。

This warranty does not apply to equipment and accessories that have been improperly installed, improperly used, misused, or modified without authorization;
