一、离心机厂家：净乳机的维护

1、分离机工作前的检查
       检查齿轮箱润滑油。(油质 /油位)换油时应仔细清理油箱底部
       正确装配分离筒和进出料装置.拆检后运行应仔细观察
       检查机盖上手轮是否旋紧
       检查进出料装置项部吊环有无松动
       检查底角螺栓有无松动
2、净乳机运行中的维护
       离心机厂家：分离机启动后约6 - 8分钟达到全速.此时测速器转速为每分钟71 - 73转，手指掀住指示器盖凸起点单位时间内计数。
       分离机运行正常后，将控制阀转到“密封”位置。待指示管有水流出，表明活塞已密封，此时应将控制阀手轮箭头转向补偿位置。打开进料阀，同时观察排污罐出口有无泄露，确认密封完好后，调整进料阀至所需处理的生产能力.
       排渣间隔的确定取决于被分离物料的杂质含里，为防止残渣在分离筒内结成块状不能自动排出，排渣间隔应不超过4小时。
二、离心机厂家：净乳机检修的要点
1、分离筒:

       分离筒是分离机的最主要部件，需处理的物料在筒中进行工作。分离筒各部件的寿命和被处理物料的性状，使用环境及运转条件有关,特别是部件腐蚀程度与上述条件的变化更是千差万别。所以机器内部的垢质应经常处理。
2、垂直轴系:

       高速旋转的分离筒是靠垂直轴上面的圆锥面来传递扭据的，保持圆锥面的良好接触对分离机的振动，噪声和立轴部件的损伤有直接关系。

 

Ⅰ.centrifuge manufacturers: clean milk machine maintenance

1. Check the separator before working
Check gear box oil.
(Oil quality/oil level) Carefully clean the bottom of the tank when changing oil
Properly assemble separator cylinder and feeding and discharging device.
Operation should be carefully observed after dismantling
Check whether the handwheel on the cover is tightened
Check whether the lifting ring of inlet and outlet device is loose
Check whether the bottom corner bolts are loose

2. Maintenance during operation of the milk cleaning machine
Centrifuge manufacturer: the centrifuge reaches full speed in about 6-8 minutes after starting.
At this time, the speed of the speedometer is 71-73 revolutions per minute, and the fingers lift the raised point of the indicator cover and count in unit time.
Turn the control valve to the "seal" position when the separator is running normally.
When there is water flowing out of the indicating pipe, the piston is sealed. At this time, the arrow of the control valve hand wheel should be turned to the compensation position.
Open the feed valve and observe whether there is leakage at the outlet of the sewage tank. After confirming that the seal is intact, adjust the feed valve to the production capacity of the required treatment.
The determination of the slag discharge interval depends on the impurities contained in the separated material. In order to prevent the residue from forming a block in the separation cylinder and not being discharged automatically, the slag discharge interval should not exceed 4 hours.

Ⅱ.centrifuge manufacturers: the main points of cleaning milk machine maintenance
1. Separation cylinder:

Separation cylinder is the most important part of the separator, the material to be processed in the cylinder to work.
The life of each part of the separation cylinder is related to the properties of the material to be treated, the use environment and the operating conditions, especially the change of the corrosion degree of the parts and the above conditions is very different.
So the scale inside the machine should be dealt with frequently.

2. Vertical shafting:

High-speed rotation of the separation cylinder is on the vertical shaft above the cone surface to transfer torsional data, maintain good contact of the cone surface on the vibration of the separator, noise and vertical shaft parts of the damage has a direct relationship.
